Symptom
The operation of distributing a software package to nodes failed.
Possible Causes
l The network is abnormal.
l The software package of the same name has been dispatched and being used or the software package is deleted during the transmission. As a result, files cannot be overwritten.
Procedure
Step 1 Check that the network connection between the upgrade tool and server is normal.
Step 2 Double-click the upgrade package or patch package to be uploaded.
Step 3 Double-click the ModuleCfg.xml file in the upgrade package or patch package to be uploaded.
Step 4 Check the value of programPkgPath, which indicates the directory where the upgrade package or patch package is stored on the server.
Step 5 Go to the directory where the upgrade package or patch package is stored on the server using the WinSCP tool.
Step 6 Delete the folder with the same name as the upgrade package or patch package.
Step 7 On the upgrade tool page, distribute the software package again.
Step 8 If the problem persists, contact Huawei technical support.
