Symptom
Error code 7007 is displayed when the operation of distributing a software package to nodes failed due to abnormal network connection.
Possible Causes
l The network is abnormal.
l In the patch directory of a faulty component, the XML that records the status and has a name started with STATE is empty.
Procedure
Step 1 Check that the network connection between the upgrade tool and server is normal.
Step 2 Log in to the node of the faulty component.
Step 3 Go to the patch directory (for example, /opt/HDC/patch, varying according to faulty components) of the faulty component, and check whether XML whose name starts withSTATE is empty. If the file content is empty, delete the file.
Step 4 On the upgrade tool page, distribute the software package again.
Step 5 If the problem persists, contact Huawei technical support.
