Software Downgrade for NE40e-X8

Can anyone has some documented procedure for NE40e X8 Software Downgrade ?

Need to Downgrade the Version from V8 to V6 .

Also please confirm if the Software Version of a Live NE40e can be obtained from U2000 if it is not available on Support Website?
