Weare facing an issue that is not getting mature at FTTH Connection, as per the Softswitch team call is not hit at the switch end below are the outcomes of multiple calls, The device model is SmartAX MA5800-X2.
1. Dialed mobile number but we received only first digit i.e. 0 (Centrex, no).
2. Dialed mobile number but we received only the first 9 digits and the last digit missing.
3. Dialed mobile number but we received only the first 8 digits and the last 2 digits missing.
Can you tell me how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!
