Hello Nasr!

Can you please check if the camera configuration of the Video Encoding Settings on the IVS client is a Constant bit rate or a Variable bit rate?

From the IVS client, go to Devices and enter the IPC configuration. Then go to Video encoding settings, as you can see in the below picture:

From the lab, we have configured it with a Constant bit rate to 25 FPS and the playback video is constant at 25FPS:

it's already configured to be 15
but when playback video from IVS client the frames varies to 25
and when download video and play it , it shows the correct number 15

yes @abdelrahman same thing even though we do it constant bit rate @Alecksy it still varry

Can you please tell me how many video playback/live streams you are checking at the IVS client when this issue occurs ?

Also can you please provide the IPC , the VCN and the IVS firmware version?

What codec you use and how the video is the configured on the IPC side and what is on the IVS client configuration?

(go to Settings -> Video/audio/image -> Video settings on the IPC web interface to check).

if you check the web interface live stream of the camera where you have the IVS client installed, do you have this issue with frame rate?
