[Problem Description]
The SNS2124 is powered off unexpectedly, or the newly delivered device cannot be used after being powered on.
[Symptom Description]
After the system is powered on, the following error message is displayed when you run any command on the CLI:

The current partition is damaged due to abnormal power failure or bumps during transportation.
[Location Method]
[Solution]
1. Log in to the optical switch through the serial port. After the system restarts, press ESC when the message "Hit ESC to stop autoboot" is displayed. Select 3 to enter the command shell.

2. Run the printenv command. The command output is as follows:

Run the following command to exchange the values of partition 1 and partition 2 corresponding to OSLoader and OSRootPartition, and set partition 2 to the boot partition.
=> setenv OSLoader "ATA()0x1289e0;ATA()0xc61ff"
=> setenv OSRootPartition "hda2;hda1"
Run the saveenv command.
=>saveenv
Run the reset command to restart the device.
[Emergency Measures]
1. Same as the solution.
2. This command is invalid. Replace the device directly.
[Post-Recovery Check]
After the restart, check whether the command can be executed. If the problem persists, replace the device.
