[Symptom]
When the customer environment is win7 64, the JAVA1.8 is installed. When the Internet Explorer is opened, the SNS2224 management address 10.1.10.51 cannot be entered. The following information is displayed, indicating that the Internet Explorer cannot load the page:

When a user logs in to the system using firefox, an error message is displayed, indicating that the SSL connection is incorrect:

[Cause]
The switch encryption method is incorrect. As a result, users cannot log in to the webtools.
[Locating Method]
1. Confirm the optical cross-connection version. The version must be 8.1.0b or later.

2. The Firefox or chrome browser reports no encryption method shared by both parties.
[Solution]
1. Run the seccryptocfg --show command to check the TLS encryption algorithm suite of the switch.

It can be seen that a strong encryption algorithm suite is configured.
2. Log in to the switch and change the encryption algorithm to general. (The 8.1.0b version is set to the strong algorithm template by default when Brocade is delivered.)
seccryptocfg --apply default_generic

3. Modify the Internet Explorer settings, choose Intelnet > -- > Advanced --, and select SSL3.0, use TLS 1.0, use TLS 1.1, and use TLS 1.2.

4. Check the Java settings and select the same options.

5. Add the management address to the trusted zone of Internet Explorer and Java.

6. Open the browser. You are advised to use Internet Explorer to test the browser. Enter the management address 10.77.77.77.

[Emergency Measures]
Same as the solution.
[Check After Restoration]
Use a browser to log in to the management IP address of the switch.
