SMTP configuration in Agile Controller

(problem resolved)
So I was reading the product documentation of Agile Controller Campus for setting up the SMTP query but everytime I press "Test" option, it gives me error "test failed". I have also tried this with the client's smtp address but it just gives me the same error.
Can someone help?
Do I need to make changes in AgileDB in SQL?

Yes it seems like Gmail isn't the answer. I asked from DB administrator, and I have asked for his help on the matter. I will upload the screenshot once my issue is fixed. Thanks for the help guys.

It's my email and password as suggested by Google and the SMTP address is of gmail.

This doesn’t work, you need the email server administrator account password, not a personal email account.

Yes I have enabled the IMAP option from gmail which should be enabled for SMTP. |
