Issue description
A customer has reported an issue where they get the following alarm on the SMC client: 'The CPU usage is too high', even if no meetings are being held during these periods.
Alarm error module: SmcAlarm
Alarm error ID 9437239
The customer also provided the alarm log retrieved from the web interface.

Handling Process
After checking the alarm log provided by the customer, we noticed that the alarm was cleared; however, we decided to proceed with a remote session in order to check the reported issue.
At first, we checked the firmware version of the SMC and we noticed that it was V600R006C00SPC500. During the remote session we performed the following actions:
1. logged in to the SMC web interface and checked the history of the current alarms; noticed that the alarm regarding the high CPU usage is cleared every time 1 second after it pops up;
2. logged in to the SMC server and checked the CPU usage on the Task Manager; noticed that the usage was perfectly normal - sitting at 1%;
3. checked the firmware version of the SMC and after consulting with the R&D team, we understood that the version V600R006C00SPC500 reports a false positive for the CPU usage and the present alarm is not service affecting;
4. advised the customer there were two possibilities in order to address this matter - either upgrade the SMC and all VC infrastructure to V600R006C10SPCb00, or block the alarm directly from SMC;
5. we blocked the alarm from SMC.

Root cause
The current customer firmware version V600R006C00SPC500 has an issue which reports a false positive alarm regarding high CPU usage. This matter, however, does not affect the service, fact noticed from the CPU usage on the server. The fixed version is V6R6C10SPCb00.
Solution
In order to address this matter there are two options made available. Either:
1. upgrade the SMC version to V600R006C10SPCb00; or
2. restrict the alarm from appearing from SMC web interface.
Procedure
1. Log in to the SMC2.0 web interface.
2. Choose System > Settings > Alarm.
3. The Alarm page is displayed.
4. In Name, select the desired alarm scenario.
5. Set the following information for the alarm scenario.
Alarm inhibition
Click Alarm Inhibition and select Enable Reporting or Disable Reporting from the drop-down list box.
