The environment had an older version of SMC installed, version 11.1 using the Dev component.
Position ideas and solutions
Manually uninstall the lower Dev component as follows:
1.Log on to the SMC server and enter the SMC system installation directory.
2.After finding and entering the directory SMC 2.0\Web\bin and looking at the files in the directory, you can find the DLL library file that starts with
DevExpress by name order.
3.Note the version number that follows the DevExpress DLL file, and keep the v11.2 version of the DLL file. Manually remove the v11.1 version of the
DLL file.
4.After completing the operation, restart the IIS site.
