Can somebody tell if there is any limitation on configuring Smarttier?

I understand that the smarttier is tiering technology that enables automatic data relocation based on data access frequency.

To do that, there has to be some capacity overhead on storage pool because implementing data relocation temporarily needs more storage space to copy to different tier.

I'd like to know if there is any limitations or overheads based on configuring smarttier best practices in capacity point of view.

Thanks, this documentation is exactly what I was looking for. Ii says the minimum allowed capacity for the data migration is 10% of the storage pool.
