Problem Description
Smartlogger3000A unable to relogin after adding an EMI to the AI port of the smartlogger. We tried to open Window Command Prompt to ping the IP address of smartlogger and it was successful. Reset button of the Smartlogger was pushed onsite but still unable to login to the Enspire WEBUI.

Solution
Need to get a software (修复工具) from the Huawei R&D engineer to reset the smartlogger and upgrade the firmware version of the smartlogger to SPC100 or latest before adding the EMI at the AI port.
