Hello,

I need your help regarding a situation.


At a SmartAX MA5800-X17 I want to apply an ISSU upgrade.

Can you please tell me if this ISSU method is okay or if I need to apply an upgrade with reboot?

The current version is MA5800V100R020C10 and target version is V100R020C10SPH308.

Sorry for the delay. The MA5800 can be upgraded using ISSU. However, you are advised to upgrade the MA5800 after service interruption. For details about how to upgrade the MA5800 using ISSU, see the following link.

For more details about the upgrade, see the Upgrade Guide released together with the product software. For its potential risks, it is recommended to perform an upgrade at night when the network carries a smaller volume of service traffic.
