Hi, I have purchased 2nd hand DSLAM SmartAX MA5616 for training /educational purposes.

However it has empty flash and it boot cycles (no firmware installed).

Where I can get and how firmware or flash dump of SmartAX 5616 with CCUB board (

P/N H831CCUB1  ; S/N 020PPS6TC5600153)

I know I dont have any support contract, but this is strictly for training / educational purposes.

To download the firmware of the MA5616, click: SmartAX MA5616 firmware

Generally, obtaining device firmware typically requires a purchase contract.


If you do not have a contract with Huawei, we strongly recommend that you contact the company that supplies your products. as the first level of support should be provided by them (the company with whom your contract was signed).

I don't have any contracts, as I've said, I did purchase this 2nd hand off eBay
simply for educational and training purposes, not to put it into production network.
