During the communication commissioning of the project, some communication boxes (with PID and 800 AC) are not properly installed and connected.
1. The cross-sectional area of the single-phase AC power cable used by the customer is insufficient (the recommended cross-sectional area of the single-phase AC power cable is greater than 4 mm2). The following figure shows the onsite cable connection.
2. The cross-sectional area of the PGND cable used by the customer is insufficient and the ground point is not properly located. The ground point is connected to the ground point with anti-rust paint, which affects the grounding effect and is not neatly connected. The following figure shows the onsite situation.
3. Cable holes in the communications box are not blocked by firestop putty, which may cause potential risks. The following figure shows the onsite situation.
4. The screws on the door panel of the communication box were removed using a power tool. The torque of the power tool was too large, causing the screw to slip. As a result, the main cabinet door of the communication box cannot be opened during onsite commissioning. The following figure shows the onsite situation.
Troubleshooting:
1. Check the installation and cable connection of the three communication boxes with the construction personnel and list the problems.
2. Instruct the construction personnel to rectify all the problems.
3. Train the construction personnel again, such as installing the communication box and connecting cables.
