smart plugs and cameras won't connect 2.4 GHZ

Hi all,

so I got the Huawei b818-263 recently and I set it up for separate 2.4 and 5 ghz, both frequencies show up in my iphone and can connect to both with any issues, but cannot connect any smart plugs or cameras to the 2.4ghz. When I use my old router I can connect those without any problems.

* I had the old router disconnected while working on the Huawei router, to avoid interference.

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried searching for the B818-263 router, but I couldn't find it on the corporate network. This router may be a personal device. You can visit the Huawei terminal website to query and search for it.

I agree with you that this router is a personal device. You need to search in the forum of the personal terminal, because there is no information about this router in the forum of the enterprise network, so it can't help you.
