Hi
We are planning to setup a Smart broadband [Online Monitoring Support Portal] from where our CPEI [Customer Premises Equipment Installer] or field team can esaily troubleshoot and gives rapid response to our valuable customers. Now guide us how we do to collect data / measure following paraments [ CPE status, lline status, port status, Authentication status, IP Address, MAC address, packet loss, latency, bandwidth & etc] from respective devices mentioned in the below figure.
