Hey there!
The causes of slow network access fall into the following types:
Packet loss
When packets are transmitted over a network link, some packets may be discarded on the link and cannot reach the peer end in time. As a result, both ends are waiting for packets from the peer end, resulting in slow network access.
Check whether packet loss occurs and the device on which packet loss occurs based on traffic statistics. If packet loss did occur, locate the cause and rectify the fault accordingly.
Latency
A long delay in transmitting packets on a network link also causes slow network access.
Run the tracert command to confirm the device with a long delay and then determine the delay cause on this device. For the FW, a high CPU usage usually causes packet delay.
