Slow connection

Hi,


I have created a Guest wifi SSID.


the connection and internet is working but when try to browse, its very very slow.


Any idea?

maybe you can check on the mobile device which connect to the guest wifi whether the latency is too heavy,
check if there are interference signal,

I have another SSID (for non guest) in the same AP, and that one is working fine.

Just the Guest SSID is slow when browsing (I can still use WhatsApp and facebook ok) but when try go to let say just bbc, its so slow.

Tried a few mobile and its the same.

Any ideas?

All traffic are.

but when I switch back to the Staff SSID in the same AP, its fine.

Its just affecting the Guest (it has a different subnet of IP issued by the AP whereas Staff isn't.)

If this make sense?

I faced the same issue when I bought a new TV in my new apartment and I tried to connect it to the Wi-Fi. It was very slow and impossible to use. And that's why I can't test all the features that I wanted to use in my new wide TV. So I started to look up for the problem and a friend of mine told me that this could come from my Internet provider, because the speed was too slow. To be honest, even my PC was running on slow speed internet, so this idea was a great one, so I started to search for a new provider or for a better coverage plan, and it took me too much time. My friend told me that it could be much easier if I will use usave.co.uk service for that as they will find everything I look for. So I used this service, and they found a huge amount of offers for a really affordable price.
