SLB for https traffic with ssl offloading

Hi,
i have an USG 6630 and i configure an SLB for https traffic, the configuration is :
virtual server with ssl offloading
real server group with port 7003 (servers uses weblogic)
i have two problems :
-the connection cannot be established with https, i need to establish an http session then i add the https at the begin of the URL
-when i verify the ssl certificate in the site "https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html" ithe result is :
