This is the 2nd phase to share my experience about common logs and logs introduction.
1. mcp logs.
It`s used for recording each units status and the unit self running status. and the logs path is /home/icd/icddir/log/.
2. ivr running logs.
It`s used for recording Running status and connection to the CCS and CTIServer. the log path is /home/icd/icddir/log/ivr/progID/. and logs name are ivrProgID.log or ivrProgID_NUM.log.
3. ivr call logs.
It`s used for recording Call-related information, such as the VDN and access code, the logs path is /home/icd/icddir/log/ivr/progID/. the log name is ivrProgID_call.log.
4. aplogic logs.
It`s used for recording Records management messages, running information, and invoking information of the ApLogic. and the path is proxy#ProgID.log and proxy#ProgID_NUM.log.
