I will have 2 Phase to share my experience about common logs and logs introduction. this is the phase 1 for the introduction.
1. Client OCX logs.
It`s used for recording the information about invoking the OCX interface. and the name of the logs are XXX_CCCCtrlProgID_N.Log, and the logs of the connection control are stored in the directory of the program that invokes the connection control. For example, if the agent program is accessed through the Internet Explorer, the invoker is the Internet Explorer, and the logs are stored in the installation directory of the Internet Explorer. The path of the IE program is C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer (C:\Program Files(x86)\Internet Explorer for a 64-bit operating system).
2. CCS logs.
It`s used for recording Operation, service, backup, security, and interaction. and the path is /home/icd/icddir/log/ccs/progID/*.
3. ctiserver logs.
It`s used for recording a. Run logs: record the running status of the MediaX3600 and the connection between external processes. b. Statistics logs: number of media CDRs that fail to be sent to the DCS and key resource usage. c. Interaction logs: record the status of each NE. and the path is /home/icd/icddir/log/ctiserver/progID/* .
4. ctilink logs.
It`s used for recording running logs.and the path is /home/icd/icddir/log/.
