Dear Expert,

I have issue with battery voltage is lower than the minimum value, so the controller has no output value as well, please kindly check and guide me how to solve it.

Is there an alarm ID? What equipment are you using? UPS2000?

If the UPS prompts that the battery voltage is too low, it may be because the battery has been discharged for too long and needs to be charged. If it cannot be charged. It is possible that the battery is damaged and needs to be replaced.
