Hello new to the forum and the U1911. I see their quite a few post but i really can’t see the answers. I need to put in my user name and password in order to register my SIP trunk and I can’t find this anywhere. Your help will be appreciated. Version is 200R003C30B015(build 2016/08/14

U1911 only supports sip trunk without authentication.

You are advised to add an third party gateway for solving your SIP trunk issue.
Even you can connect to SIP trunk with ID/PW, you may experience SIP NAT problem if your SIP trunk rides on WAN from ISP.

Hi,
I would like to know if Huawei has introduced any firmware update for U1911 in order to support SIP Trunk authentication? The phone line service we get requires authentication and with this feature missing, makes U1911 useless for us! We have tried New Rock and it supports SIP Trunk authentication. Not sure why Huawei doesn't support this?!
