HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hi,

We have the following system designed:

5KTL-L1 + LUNA2000-5kW + DDSU-666H + Single Phase backup Box
Inverter Serial number - 1020B0079869

We have the following problem - the backup box off-grid load switch is constantly switching off. I think it has some relation to when the inverter starts to work in the morning. We think we have connected everything correctly, but it is our first BackupBox installation, so we cannot be sure 100%. I'm attaching a photo of the backup box connections.

The small white cable you see on 2 and 3 on the Grid blocks is the power supply for the smart meter.

Where should we look for the cause of the problem?

@Alexand3r, can't quite understand this: "The small white cable you see on 2 and 3 on the Grid blocks is the power supply for the smart meter".
What kind o power supply do you talking about? There is no such requirements for the DDSU666-H smart power sensor.

Smart power sensor needs voltage reference. Most installers conect L1 of the Smart power sensor after the ac breaker of the inverter in the main distribution panel , "same" point as input of "grid" in the backup box.
Please, indicate if this is something wrong or not recommended by Huawei. I notice it works the same as the connection point indicated in the UM diagrams, this means if there is an outage smart power sensor must turn off.
CTs must be connected in the right plac
