When the ont device is delivered from the factory, it has determined the bridge mode or gateway mode. You can log in to the local web page to set the normal mode. If you need to set the advanced mode, you need to operate on the network management software.

Hello,

1. it is better to suggest provider configure the ONT port native VLAN from the OLT device ,and in your ONT delete the route mode wan interface .
2. if your ISP do not agree help you configure it in the OLT device , you can test change the wan interface from route mode to bridge mode , and bind the requirement eth port .

You can easily find the switching mode on the web configuration page of the device.
