How do I know my Optical received and transmit power when trying to query optical power through a signal flow of Bidirectional single fiber transmission.

hi ,
the Management system U2000 or NCE will give you the optical power for the link in both direction in details ,, that means the output power of the sending NE port (NE1) and the received power in the opposite site (NE2)
and the output power of the port in (NE2) and the received power in the opposite site (NE1)

just as in unidirectional Transmission because the transmission happens in single fiber but in different lambda ,, so the ports receiving and transmitting 2 independent signals

As Malik 3000 says, on the U2000 and NCE, querying the receive and transmit optical power of a single-fiber bidirectional link is the same as querying the receive and transmit optical power of a two-fiber bidirectional link.
