Should the GRE tunnel interface be added into the zone?

Hello guys,

As far as I know, the interface on the firewall should be added into the security zone, so that, it could communite with others, what if we enabled a GRE tunnel and select the interface which has been added into the security zone as the source interface. then, should I add this tunnel interface into the security zone?

Yes, you should add the tunnel interface into the security zone.

In fact, the firewall is based on the security zone. All the interfaces, no matter the physical ports or logical ports, should be added into the security zone.
