Sharp increasing energy curve

Hello again. On my plant , with different orientation of the panels, no shaded portions, on two strings divided, I have this kind of curve, like in pictures. Usually around middday, the sharp increasing appears and I dont know if it is something normal or not.I dont have any others errors. If you have something similar, every advice will help me. Thanks
