When we creating video synopsis task,the client report that the task cann't be created.
The possible cause are as follows:
a.The video synopsis plug-in is not installed.
b.No algorithm license is applied.
Check whether the video synopsis license is available.
After video synopsis task is created,the task does not start analysis but reports an failure error.
The possible cause are as follows:
a.The video resolution is greater than 1920*1080.
Click the video attribute to view the resolution of an offline video.
b.Plug-in package installation error.
The Cloud platform can be divided into x86 and ARM. You need to download the corresponding plug-in package.
c.The plug-in version is incorrect.
There are three ways to get the plug-in.
i.The V100R019C10 version plug-in is in the link of the corresponding product version.
ii.The V100R019C20 version plug-in is in the IVS IA directory.
