[Sharing] Configure NTP synchronization on BMC.

One user asked for me why his server always synchronized time with NTP failure?

When I inspected his setting on NTP server and client(BMC), then I found he had made a mistake.

he used a Windows 2012 R2 server as the NTP server.

In Huawei iBMC user guide, it clearly described that BMC only support synchronization time with Linux NTP server.

if you also plan to configure ntp synchronization on bmc, pls be sure you have deploy a Linux NTP server.
