1. Add the VCN5X0 IP address to the general server where the UOA is deployed.
a) Log in to the general server where the UOA is installed as the root user.
b) Stop the UOA service. For details about the operations.
c) Add the VCN5X0 IP address to the adapter.acl file in /home/uoausr/uoasetup/cfg/system.
cd /home/uoausr/uoasetup/cfg/system
vi adapter.acl
d) Press Enter to start a new line and enter the IP address to add.

e) Press Esc and run the :wq command to save the settings and exit.
f) Start the UOA service.
2. Set UOA parameters on the OMU portal of VCN5X0.
a) Log in to the OMU portal as the admin user.
b) Choose Maintenance > Unified Configuration. The Unified Configuration page is displayed.
c) In the System Domains panel on the left, select the VCN5X0 NE node.
d) On the Unified Configuration tab page, select OMU from the Module name drop-down list box, select NMS Parameter from the Parameter type drop-down list box, and click Search.
