To set the TCP and UTP priorities, run the following commands on the upper-layer device.

You can create a priority rule through the CLI. The format of a protocol-based priority rule is as follows:

IPv4-based command format when the protocol parameter is set to TCP:

rule [ rule-id ] [ priority priority-value ] { permit | deny } { tcp | protocol } [ [ source { sour-addr { sour-wildcard | 0 } | any }] | [ destination { dest-addr { dest-mask | 0 } | any } ] | [ source-port { op source-port | range start-port end-port } ] | [ destination-port { op destination-port | range start-port end-port } ] | [ { { precedence precedence | tos tos }*| dscp dscp } ] | [ time-range time-range-name ] | [ established ] | [ fragment ] ] *
