Usually ,we need to change the time zone of the device on the VCM to the proper country or area.The following show you how to make it.
Changing the Time Zone
On the Modify Timezone page, you can change the time zone for each device.
BackgroundAll servers in the system must have the same time zone to ensure proper operation of the system.
ProcedureChoose Resource management > Time Manage > Modify Timezone.
Under Group list, select the group to which the device belongs.
Under Device list, select the devices for which you want to change the time zone.
Select time zones from the main timezone and minor timezone drop-down list boxes.
Click Batch modify to change the time zones in batches.
After the system time zone change is complete, the servers automatically restart, which takes about 10 minutes
