A lot of my customers are reporting to have intermittent internet disconnection. The reason for session disconnection is shown to be “lcp keepalive failure. Is this the problem with my olt (ea5801) or with my isp?

Hello, friend!


According to the ICP keepalive failure, the problem may be that the ONT cannot receive the echo reply packet from the server after the LCP negotiation succeeds. This is caused by the ISP. EA5801 only establishes a service transmission channel.
