Problem Description
The customer uses the DWDM system, and the system is configured with 1 + 1 protection on the optical line side. When the line is switched between active and standby, the connected switches sense the interrupt.

Handling Process
1. Under normal circumstances, the line-side 1 + 1 protection switching delay is within 50ms. Check protection configuration, it is normal.

2:Check the receive optical power of the OLP boards at both ends. The receive optical power is normal.

3. When the switch configuration is queried, the customer reports that the link debounce time is not manually configured on the switch.

4. When a switch is connected to a DWDM system with protection configuration, the link debounce time must be configured. The recommended value is 2000. As the follow information:

5. After the user modifies the switching on the switch, the WDM channel switching is normal and no interruption occurs.
Root Cause
Customer not configuration the link debounce time on the switch, cause the connected switches to report to interrupt signals
Solution
Configuration the switch link debounce time to recommended value: 2000
