This is a service termination announcement for the Huawei Certification HCIP - Contact Center V2.0 (English Version).
Dear customers,
We hereby solemnly inform you that the Huawei certification HCIP - Contact Center V2.0 will stop receiving any exam appointments and all the service delivery from January 15th, 2020.
Lifecycle milestones of Huawei Certification HCIP-Contact Center V2.0:
Specific instructions
1. The HCIP - Contact Center V2.0 certificate will continue to be valid throughout the validity period.
2. The HCIP - Contact Center V2.0 certificate has no alternatives, the certificate will expire after the expiration date.
3. After the service has stopped, the HCIP - Contact Center V2.0 certificate will no longer enjoy the recertification policy and the validity period will not be extended.
