Service switching fails on the OptiX OSN 3500

Hello! I have a glitch that needs to be fixed urgently.

The EFS0 boards in slots 15 and 16 ofthe OptiX OSN 3500 are configured with TPS protection. After we

 switchesservices from slot 15 to slot 16, some client-side ports report LOS alarms andservices are interrupted.

How should I handle this fault, please help me, thank you!

Dear friend!

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the fault:

1. Check whether the TPS protection configuration is correct. If yes, reconfigure it.

2. Check whether other abnormal alarms are generated on the two boards. If yes, clear the alarm.

3. Replace the board in slot 16 and perform a switchover test. If the problem persists. Remove the board and check whether there are bent pins on the backplane. If so, please move the EFS0 board in slot 16 to another slot and change the service and protection group, or replace the subrack.
