Problem Symptom
LUNs configured with HyperMetro services cannot be properly read or written, and host services are interrupted.
Problem Diagnosis
On DeviceManager, choose Data Protection > Replication Cluster and view the process status of nodes in a replication cluster. The status of all replication nodes is abnormal.
If yes, go to Solution.
If no, this document is not applicable.
Causes
The replication service cluster of the DR service is faulty.
Solution
If the nodes in the service cluster can be restored, the system automatically starts the restoration. If the automatic restoration fails to start, you can run the following command on each node in the faulty cluster as user root to restore the dms process.
/opt/dsware/service/dr/dms/script/dr_dms.sh start
If the fault persists or the command fails to be executed, contact technical support engineers.
Check After Recovery
All nodes in the replication service cluster are in the normal state, and the mapped active-active LUNs are running properly.
