Problem Symptom
All services report error code 403 and the authentication fails.
Problem Diagnosis
Check whether the AK and SK carried by the client are correct and ensure that the user exists.
View the /var/log/obs/poe-op/run/obs.poe.log file to identify the specific causes.
Causes
The AK and SK carried by the client are incorrect.
The AK and SK of the administrator are incorrectly configured when configuring services or POE authentication.
The configured POE address cannot be accessed due to input errors or network problems.
POE cannot obtain the correct user information due to faults at the index layer.
Solution
The client uses the correct AK and SK to access the system.
Log in to the CLI, run the show admin-info op_svc_obs command to query the correct administrator AK and SK, and run the change poe-info command to re-configure the AK and SK.
If an incorrect POE address is configured, run the change poe-info command to re-configure the POE address. If the node network is unreachable, contact O&M personnel to recover the network first or temporarily change the POE address to the IP address of a normal service node.
