Server can't detect the hard disk

I'm trying to install windows server 2016 on RH2288 V2 server and the OS can't detect the disks, anyway to solve it, Thanks.

hello， please check the compatibility of the RH2288 V2, RH2288 V2 don't support windows server 2016 , and you can use the follow link to check compatility :

no, when using ServiceCD configure Riad, then proceed to install OS, nothing to do with the compatibility!

yes, this issue have another reasone is not right configure RAID , but first need confirm issue is RH2288 V2 don't support windows, if you don't think so , You can use the Huawei compatibility assistant to query the following information:

You can also query the RH2288 V2 compatibility list file.
