Learn the latest and get industry insights direct from ICT experts: Huawei is a leading global provider of information and communications technology. In 2019 our R&D investment exceeded USD17b. Students will learn direct from some of our R&D experts along with industry leaders. You will also have the opportunity to gain insights from foreign start-ups operating in the Chinese ecosystem.
International networking opportunity: Huawei operates in more than 170 countries and has over 194,000 employees. As a ‘Seeds Alumni’ you will become part of this international community.

Seeds for the Future China Experience: once students are eligible and international travel restrictions have been lifted, interested students may be prioritised for participation in our award winning 2 week, residential Seeds for the Future China Experience program.
Application Criteria
The Huawei Seeds for the Future Online program is open to interested 1st and 2nd year undergraduates studying a STEM or related* discipline.
To be considered for Huawei’s Seeds for the Future online program, students will need to:
Complete the Seeds for the Future Online application form.
Provide a cover letter and/or a 2-minute video. Letter and video to reflect your interest in participating in the Seeds for the Future Online program and your enthusiasm for learning.
Provide an academic transcript.
*undergraduates with a high interest in technology are also encouraged to apply for the program.
