Hi,

I'm trying to update the anti-virus signature update database on AC6605-26-PWR.
But I've got the error message DNS resolution fail.
Can I find out what is the correct domain name?

did you configured DNS resolution on the AC?

please follow the DNS configuration guide to configure the DNS resolution on AC first. Then try to upgrade the signature

@CHEN hui yes, the DNS resolution is configured to the DNS of my ISP. Is there another recommended DNS to connect to?

well, I'm not sure if the my DNS could work on your site.
Maybe you can try replace the domain name with the IP address, the IP address is 45.249.212.170
please let me if it works.
