We had SecoClient installed on one of our users MacBook a few weeks ago.
Until a few days he was using it correctly, but he recently has reported that the client failes to connect. When this happened he also try to connect from his iPad (same user, same connection, same source home network) and the problem does not occurs.
We also tried from using a smartphone hotspot, with the same result.
The only solution we found was to reinstall and reconfigure the client on his Macbook, what solved the issue but just for 2 days. Now the problem has happened again.
You'll find attached the error in spanish, but the translation should be something like:
"Error establishing the VPN connectoin. It's possible that the VPN server isn't available."
Any suggestion?
