In any company, i want to improve my career in transmission, i want to perfection myself in this domain

Actively participate in the handling of faults. Then find out the root cause of the problem, and then go to the relevant information to expand your understanding of the problem.
Remember not to blindly look at the documentation, the combination of practice and theory is the best approach.

I can advise you to check our certifications, you can start HCNA Transmission courses and pass the certification. HCNA Transmission covers knowledge from SDH, DWDM and Ethernet technologies. I think is a good start in your transmission career. After you can go further with HCNP.
