Issue faced: A client has faced an issue where the installed SUN2000-10KTL-M0 inverter has not been uploading the daily generation yield in FusionSolar despite being on-grid.
Possible cause: The SDongleA-05 has been disconnected from the Wi-Fi router based on the SDongle's short interval blinking red LED indication provided by client's video recording.
Initial resolution steps:
1. First step is to restart the Wi-Fi router.
2. Next, is to unplug the SDongle, wait for a few minutes and install it back in.
3. Observe the LED indication status of the SDongle.
As the initial resolution steps did not work, hence device commissioning is required to determine the cause of this issue.
During device commissioning, it was found that the SDongle connection is shown as "offline" despite it being connected to the inverter.

From here on, first initial thought was that the Inverter requires a firmware version upgrade.
The resolution steps are as stated below:
1. Unplug the SDongle from the Inverter.
2. Upgrade the Inverter to the latest firmware version.
3. After the upgrade is done, keep the Inverter running properly on the grid for 15 minutes. At this time, the Inverter automatically switches to slave mode.
4. Connect the SDongle on the Inverter 15 minutes later.
Once the steps are done as per above, the SDongle is showed as "online" during Quick Settings in device commissioning. The plant then goes back to being online with both Inverter and SDongle showing "connected" in FusionSolar.

As the last step to completely solve this issue, a manual data recovery process was done in FusionSolar to recover the previous lost data due to the plant being in "offline" status.
