Screen rotate problem

Hello guys...
I have a problem and I hope you help me
The screen rotate after EMUI 10 update is very annoying for examble when i watch a video and go to full screen mode the video comes to horizontal (and that a good thing) but when I go back the app still on horizontal way til I go back to home screen it come normal cause I disabled auto rotate cause it also has another problem which is that the screen rotate randomly when I shock the phone like when I take it to my ear to listen to whatsapp voice massage.... Is there a way to solve that problem or any one else has it??

My phone is Mate 10 (ALP-L09) running EMUI 10.0.0
