Screen cracked after only 2 days??

Hey guys, just bought my first Huawei (p30 pro). Before this I was still running a blackberry key2 (yes blackberries are old news but it was super https://vidmate.cool/ sturdy and did everything I needed it to).https://showbox.bio/ 

I just dropped it from a small height this morning and just reliazed now that a crack formed already! Is the screen on this phone known to be weak? What's the best screen protector for this phone that allows me to still use a case? Now I feel like I have to be super cautious with this phone.https://tutuapp.uno/
