OSN8800 was originally a general platform subrack as the main subrack. After adjustment, OSN8800-T16 is used as the main subrack, and then the SCC of the general platform subrack is mounted on board or the network management cannot be added (the SCC board is normal and the subrack ID is displayed, and it has been reset and plugged). How can I upload the SCC to the network management?
