Problem description
The user has entered the tracert command line in the SC server but it seem no response.
Problem analysis
1. From the SC Server, it is able to ping and reach the end point IP address.
2. When entering the 'Tracert' command line with the IP address of the End Point, there are no results.

3. The result should be as below:

Root cause
The user is using a Standalone SC. The Tracert command only works on the embeded SC.
Solution description
The Tracert feature is only available on the embeded SC. The Standalone SC is not able to perform the Tracert command line successfully.
